New FIC App Launches in Europe, Africa

MADRID: FOX International Channels (FIC) is releasing FOX Fan, an application that provides access to a variety of content, in all countries with FIC entertainment channels in Europe and Africa.

FOX Fan features video clips, including behind-the-scenes and sneak previews, news and photos pertaining to FIC programming. It also offers a full TV schedule for FIC's entertainment channels and allows fans to interact with one another on Facebook and Twitter while watching live television.

The in-house developed app, which can be downloaded for free on iOS and Android devices, is localized in each FIC market throughout Europe and Africa. It is already available in Africa, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Turkey and the U.K., and will eventually launch in Germany and Norway.
