New Baltic Sports Offering for MTG

STOCKHOLM,
December 12: Modern Times Group is launching the premium service Viasat Sport
Baltic in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, delivering coverage of local and
international sporting events.

Viasat Golf, the dedicated golf channel airing in the Nordic
countries, will also be made available in the Baltic states for the first time.
Both will be on offer in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from January 7, adding
to Viasat Sport East, focusing on American sports. They replace the Viasat
Sport 2 and Viasat Sport 3 channels on Viasat's Baltic pay-TV offering, as well
as on third-party cable operators.

Hans-Holger Albrecht, the president
and CEO of MTG, stated: "Viasat is the leading DTH satellite pay-TV
operator in the Baltic region, with almost 200,000 premium subscribers. The
launch of the new Viasat Sport Baltic channel is the next step in the ongoing
development of our pay-TV offering, and we are proud to enhance the sports
coverage for our Baltic subscribers further."
