New Appointments at MTVNI’s Brand Solutions Team

NEW YORK/LONDON, January 8:

MTV Networks International (MTVNI) has made several key
appointments in its Viacom Brand Solutions (VBS) Global team, in an attempt to
extend and strengthen the company’s global relationships with U.S.-based
clients.

The new additions include Mark Jones and Samantha Maltin,
both as VPs of VBS Global. While Jones will lead and manage senior client and
agency relationships in the U.S., he will partner with VBS teams in Europe,
Asia and Latin America to create flexible customized marketing solutions for
MTV Networks’ clients. Maltin will be charged with creating marketing solutions
for strategic accounts looking to partner with MTVNI’s network of 135 channels,
139 websites, 32 broadband services and 34 mobile TV channels. The two will
report to Marc Weinhouse, the senior VP of VBS Global.

The VBS Global team partners with clients like HP, Motorola,
Sony Pictures and Mattel to provide global marketing campaigns that resonate
with each brand’s target customer.
