NBCU Adds Oxygen to Beijing Olympic Plans

NEW YORK, February 12: NBC Universal announced that Oxygen,
its newly acquired female-targeted network, will serve as an additional
platform to provide significant weekday coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympic
Games.

As previously announced, NBC Universal will present more
than 3,600 hours of coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, more than the
combined total of every Summer Olympics ever televised in the U.S. The Beijing
Olympic Games will begin August 8 with around-the-clock coverage and, for the
first time in the U.S., live streaming Olympic broadband video coverage on
NBCOlympics.com.

Oxygen's Olympic coverage will air weekdays from 6-8 p.m.
and will feature a daily insider's look at gymnastics. The gymnastics show will
offer a mix of in-depth analysis and exclusive athlete interviews. The show
will utilize the experience of NBC's expert commentators and the resources of
NBC's production team. Oxygen will also offer extensive coverage of equestrian,
tennis, rhythmic gymnastics and synchronized swimming.

“We're thrilled to be able to bring the Olympics to Oxygen's
loyal audience,” said Dick Ebersol, the chairman of NBC Universal Sports &
Olympics. “This provides yet another platform for NBC Universal's unprecedented
coverage of the most anticipated event of the decade, the Beijing Games.”

Added Lauren Zalaznick, the president of Oxygen and Bravo
Media, “I can't think of a better way for Oxygen to be welcomed into the NBC
Universal family than with the Olympics, the industry's most-cherished
property. The compelling content, storytelling and drama of the Olympics are a
great fit for the Oxygen brand.”
