WASHINGTON/LONDON: Nat Geo Wild is on board to co-produce two new HD documentaries, including Croc Labyrinth, along with pre-buying the films Leopards of Dead Tree Island and A Dog’s Life.

Nat Geo Wild will co-produce with Earth Touch USA the documentaries Coelacanth: The Great Survivor and Croc Labyrinth. Coelacanth is led by renowned zoologist Dr. Richard Pyle, about this group of ancient fish in South Africa. Croc Labyrinth follows a team of divers on a mission to explore the crocodile-infested waves of the Okavango.

Also in a deal with Earth Touch, Nat Geo Wild picked up the films Leopard of Dead Tree Island and A Dog’s Life. Leopard of Dead Tree Island is about the life of a young mother with her first litter of cubs. A Dog’s Life, from filmmaker Kim Wolhute, is about the plight of Southern Africa’s wild dogs.
