Muse Entertainment, Paradigm in Media Representation Deal

MONTREAL, February 20:
Canada’s Muse Entertainment has inked an exclusive representation deal with the
Hollywood talent and literary agency Paradigm.

Paradigm will provide
representation for Muse Entertainment in all areas of media. Muse
Entertainment’s most recent productions include the comedic feature The Deal
starring William H. Macy and Meg
Ryan, and the television mini-series Durham County. Since its launch in 1998, Muse has produced,
co-produced and provided production services on more than 100 theatrical
features, TV movies, mini-series and series. Among its award-winning
productions are the mini-series Human Trafficking and the series This is Wonderland and Tales from the Neverending Story.

In November 2007, Muse
established a U.S. subsidiary, Muse Entertainment Enterprises USA, and brought
in veteran television producer Joel S. Rice to head up its Los Angeles-based
team.

Muse Entertainment’s
president and CEO, Michael Prupas, said: “Being represented by a quality agency
like Paradigm will allow Muse to become more deeply engaged with the L.A.
industry; from writers, directors, networks to studios.”

Continued Prupas: “Muse
Entertainment has a solid record in the international market. Today, we have 15
projects in pre-production or in the script stage for 2008 delivery which have
international distribution. We are confident that Paradigm will help bring
them—and the many other products that we are developing—to the
U.S.”
