Motorola Invests in GoTV Networks

SCHAUMBURG, March 28:
Motorola, Inc has made an equity investment in GoTV Networks, a made-for-mobile
television provider, through Motorola Ventures, its strategic venture capital
arm.

Terms of the investment
were not disclosed. GoTV Networks is the first on-demand made-for-mobile television
network and studio group, which allows consumers to select and watch
up-to-the-minute news, sports, entertainment and other content. GoTV's channel
offerings include music: Hip Hop Official and Altitude; sports: Fantasy Sports
Edge and College All Access; and GoTV Superchannel, which combines a variety of
news, entertainment and comedy. GoTV programming is accessible on a broad range
of wireless devices via monthly subscription through Cingular, the new
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint Nextel, Helio and Boost Mobile.
