More Star Wars: The Clone Wars for Cartoon Network

ATLANTA: Cartoon Network is to premiere 22 fresh episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars for a third season, which kicks off with a special one-hour premiere event on September 17.

This follows on the strong performance of Clone Wars in its second season. The season two finale was the highest rated telecast of the season among all key kids’ demographics. The CG-animated series is from Lucasfilm Animation and creator George Lucas.

On September 15, LucasArts, a division of Lucasfilm Entertainment Company and Sony Online Entertainment will release a Clone Wars Adventures video game. Clone Wars Adventures is a free-to-play to game, but players who want to take the galactic action to the next level can purchase a monthly membership subscription for $5.99.
