PARIS: More than 170 half-hours of programming from the Moonscoop catalogue have been sold into Asia, including Chloe’s Closet and Geronimo Stilton.

EBS in Korea went for Chloe’s Closet and Geronimo Stilton. Nickelodeon went for A Town Called Panic. In Taiwan, PTS snapped up the second season of SamSam, and Christian channel Good TV took Toddworld. In Malaysia, Ava Riko Teo was sold to Astro Chinese channel, which already airs Dive Olly Dive, SamSam and Toddworld. Indonesia’s PT Indosiar acquired Pet Alien and the second season of Dive Olly Dive.

Lionel Marty, the president worldwide sales at Moonscoop, said: “Asia is proving to be a key market for our shows, with sales across our library negotiated by Grace Lee, our VP of sales for Asia. These deals show both our established series and recent shows are attracting new broadcasters and we hope this is a platform for more sales in the region later this year.”
