MLG, Endeavor, Flame Ventures Align for New Video Game Content

NEW YORK/LOS ANGELES,
February 20: Major League Gaming
has entered into a partnership with the Endeavor talent agency and Flame
Ventures to develop and distribute original television programming about
professional video gaming.

"From our inception,
we've been focused on creating programming that showcases the excitement and
star appeal of professional video gaming," said Mike Sepso, the co-founder
and CEO of Major League Gaming. "This partnership with Endeavor and Flame
will allow us to extend the excitement of Major League Gaming and our young
stars to an even wider audience."

Under the terms of the
deal, Endeavor will represent MLG exclusively for all television properties,
including the Boost Mobile Major League Gaming Pro Circuit. In 2006, the Pro
Circuit aired as a seven-episode series on USA Network. Flame Ventures will
develop additional television programming beyond the Pro Circuit, highlighting
the top Major League Gamers and the culture of competitive gaming. Flame was
founded by Tony Krantz, who has executive produced such shows as NASCAR
Drivers: 360
and Sports Night.

"Professional video
gaming attracts the kind of young, passionate audience that makes it appealing
for an ever-growing array of TV and multimedia platforms," said the
partners of Endeavor in a joint statement. "Our clients bring emerging
alternative sports to a mass audience and they are excited to do the same for
Major League Gaming."
