Metrodome Abandons Target Takeover

LONDON: Metrodome has confirmed that it is no longer in negotiations with Target Entertainment Group about the possibility of an acquisition.

Metrodome has requested that its shares be restored to trading on AIM, following suspension on June 28. The company said the talks were terminated because "parties could not agree on mutually satisfactory commercial terms with the various stakeholders of Target." It was noted though that the board will "continue to look at other possible acquisitions and opportunities which will secure greater long term value for shareholders and any updates will be released in due course."
