Martha Stewart Show Heads to Prime Time on Fine Living

NEW YORK, September 5: Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has
inked a licensing deal for the Scripps-owned Fine Living TV Network to air the
third season of The Martha Stewart Show in
prime time, beginning September 10.

The “how-to” series will air on a day delay from the
original syndicated broadcast, in the 8 p.m. ET and 9 p.m. PT slot.

On the pick up, Stewart commented: "I am delighted that
this new partnership extends even further our current business relationship
with the Scripps family and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial
relationship in the years to come." She added: "It is fantastic to
have a second home for The Martha Stewart Show, a program which empowers viewers with new and inspiring ideas and
creative projects that will make a difference in their daily lives."

MSLO's broadcasting division
recently announced a distribution deal with DIY Network, another Scripps-owned
cable channel, to air a new half-hour, best-of compilation series, titled Martha
Stewart Crafts
