Lifetime Re-Ups How to Look Good Naked

LOS ANGELES, April 4:
Lifetime Television has renewed How to Look Good Naked for a second-season run, which premieres in July
with eight all-new episodes in an expanded hour-long format.

The series debuted as the
network’s most-watched reality premiere ever with female viewers 18 to 34 and
18 to 49. The first season averaged 1.1 million viewers over the age of 2. How
to Look Good Naked
is both an
internal and external makeover show, which teaches women of all shapes and
sizes to embrace how they look in just five days. Carson Kressley (Queer Eye
for the Straight Guy
) serves as
host, guiding each woman through a variety of activities aimed to help change
their self image.

How to Look Good Naked is produced by RDF USA (Wife Swap) and Maverick TV and Axiel Entertainment for
Lifetime Television. Riaz Patel, Chris Coelen, Greg Goldman, Alex Fraser, Jim
Sayer and Jo Rosenfelder serve as executive producers. Kressley and Tony Yates
are co-executive producers.

Susanne Daniels, the
president of entertainment for Lifetime Networks, commented: "This
heartwarming series succeeds because it shows women they should accept, and
even flaunt their healthy bodies, whatever shape or type they are, without
resorting to plastic surgery or extreme diets.”

She continued: "The
new one-hour format allows us to mix things up each week with more in-depth
back stories, home visits, unique rotating experts and surprise reveals, just
to name a few. Our audience fell in love with the witty and wonderful Carson
Kressley, and we're looking forward to him returning to undress America one
woman at a time."
