Lewis & Agatha Christie’s Poirot Find New Broadcast Slots

LONDON: ITV Studios Global Entertainment has sold the crime dramas Lewis and Agatha Christie’s Poirot to a range of broadcasters in Eastern Europe.

Poirot stars David Suchet and was created from the works of Agatha Christie and produced by ITV Studios. Among the Eastern European broadcasters that have picked up the crime drama are TV Centre of Russia, Canal+ of Poland, Czech TV of the Czech Republic, ETV of Estonia, HRT of Croatia, Latvian TV, RTV of Slovenia, STV of Slovakia and Story TV 4 of Hungary. The thriller is now watched in more than 220 territories around the world.

Lewis, which is watched in more than 130 territories, stars Kevin Whatley. The fourth season has been acquired by ZDF of Germany, Seven of Australia, Pramer of Latin America, KRO of the Netherlands, VRT of Belgium, NBC’s Hallmark Channel in the Middle East and M-Net across Africa.
