LONDON: Lee Bartlett and Remy Blumenfeld are both exiting ITV Studios as part of a management restructure that sees Maria Kyriacou coming in to run the global entertainment division.

Bartlett joined the British broadcasting group in 2008 to run its British and international production and distribution businesses. Last month, ITV announced the appointment of Channel 4 veteran Kevin Lygo as managing director of ITV Studios, with Bartlett shifting to a solely international position. News emerged today that he is leaving the organization, together with director of formats Remy Blumenfeld. Kyriacou, currently at Disney Media Distribution, will join the company as managing director of ITV Studios Global Entertainment in September.

"A key part of the transformation ITV will go through over the next three to five years is the strengthening of our international content business," Adam Crozier, chief executive of ITV, is quoted as saying. "We are putting together a senior team within ITV Studios to lead the division through this vitally important period. Kevin Lygo, Maria Kyriacou and the soon to be appointed chief operating officer will help lead the ITV Studios transformation process for the long term."
