The L.A. Screenings roster for Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD) includes the new Murphy Brown, which sees Candice Bergen reprise her starring role as the eponymous broadcast news legend.

Bergen and Diane English reunite for the revival of the groundbreaking comedy about the broadcast news anchor and journalist and her biting take on current events, now in a world of 24-hour cable, social media, “fake news” and a vastly different political climate.

Also screening, Whiskey Cavalier is an action dramedy that follows the adventures of tough but tender FBI super-agent Will Chase (codename: “Whiskey Cavalier”) and CIA operative Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge (codename: “Fiery Tribune”). The series co-stars Scott Foley (Scandal) and Lauren Cohan (The Walking Dead).

An uplifting drama, God Friended Me is about an outspoken atheist whose life is turned upside down when he receives a friend request on social media from God and unwittingly becomes an agent of change in the lives and destinies of others around him.

In the drama Manifest, the crew and passengers aboard Montego Air Flight 828 are relieved when the aircraft lands safely after a turbulent but routine flight. Yet in the span of those few hours, the world had aged five years and their friends, families and colleagues, after mourning their loss, had given up hope and moved on. Now, faced with the impossible, they’re all given a second chance. But as their new realities become clear, a deeper mystery unfolds and some of the returned passengers soon realize they may be meant for something greater than they ever thought possible.

Buyers can also screen All American, which features Spencer James, a rising high school football player and A student at South Crenshaw High. Compton is the place he calls home. But when Beverly High School’s football coach Billy Baker recruits him to join his team in Beverly Hills, Spencer’s mother, Grace, and his best friend, Coop, convince Spencer it’s an opportunity he has to seize. Now Spencer must navigate two worlds, the south side neighborhood that he knows and the affluent Beverly Hills world that has offered him an opportunity for something bigger. Greg Berlanti is among the EPs.

ER alum Noah Wyle leads the cast of The Red Line, which also counts Berlanti as an executive producer, as well as Ava DuVernay. The drama follows the lives of three vastly different Chicago families whose stories of loss and tragedy intersect in the wake of the mistaken shooting of an African American doctor by a white cop.

Meanwhile, Legacies tells the story of the next generation of supernatural beings at The Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. The show has landed at The CW this fall.

Also set for The CW, Roswell, New Mexico centers on Roswell native Liz Ortecho, who returns to her tourist-trap hometown and reconnects with Max Evans, her teenage crush who she discovers is an alien who has kept his unearthly abilities hidden his entire life.
