Kew Media Group Sends 69th Emmy Awards Worldwide

Kew Media Group, formerly Content Media Corporation, has secured broadcast deals for the 69th Emmy Awards in 200 countries.

Available as a three-hour special plus an hour-long pre-show, the Emmy Awards ceremony will be held at the Los Angeles Microsoft Theater on September 17 and will air on CBS in the U.S. The ceremony will be hosted by comedian Stephen Colbert. Pan-territory acquisitions signed for both the awards program and pre-show include with Turner Entertainment (Germany, Austria, German-speaking territories), Fox (Asia), Turner International (Latin America) and Star India (India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan). Additional deals were struck with Fox International Channels (Netherlands), RTE (Eire), Telefónica (Spain, Spanish-speaking Andorra), Amedia (CIS, Georgia) and SIC (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique).

Kew Media Group inked deals for the awards show only with HBO Central Europe (multiple CEE territories), Electronic Media Network (Africa) and OSN (Middle East). Additionally, Serie Club (France), ABS-CBN (Philippines), Fox International Channels Greece (Cyprus, Greece, Malta), RAI (Italy), Channel 5 (U.K.), YES DBS (Israel), Fox Networks Group (Japan), Digiturk (Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkish Cyprus), TV2 (Norway), TV2 (Denmark), Telenet (Flemish Belgium), RAAAD Productions (China), Mongol TV (Mongolia) and RTK (Kosovo) have signed on for the three-hour special.
