JimJam Heads to Asia

LONDON,
October 28: JimJam, the global preschool channel formed by HIT
Entertainment and Chellomedia, is launching a new
feed on Singapore’s StarHub TV in November.

JimJam, which airs hit programs such as Thomas & Friends, Bob the
Builder, Barney & Friends, Fireman Sam and Angelina Ballerina, is now available to cable operators through
four feeds: Asia, Italy, pan-Europe and the Middle East. The preschool channel
has already rolled out in more than 20 territories, with further launches
planned throughout this year.

“We are delighted to be launching JimJam in Singapore as a result of our deal with StarHub TV,” said Wayne
Dunsford, the general manager of JimJam. “Launching into the region is an important part of
our global distribution strategy for JimJam and we
look forward to working with StarHub TV to nurture JimJam’s growth in Singapore.”
