SevenOne Announces DISCOP Deals

MUNICH, July 5: Following its stint at DISCOP, SevenOne
International has announced a raft of drama sales and entertainment format
deals in Central and Eastern Europe.

Raging Inferno from
the Oscar-winning producers Wiedemann & Berg has sold to the Czech
Republic, following previous sales in the region. SevenOne International also
closed various package deals with the Slovakian TV channels TV Markiza and TV
Joj, and with Polish broadcasters. Furthermore, Hungary’s TV 2 acquired the
family entertainment event Manatu,
Suddenly Gina from the Cinema for
Peace program, and two mini-series events currently in production: Treasure
Island and Final Days.

On the formats front, Romania will be producing local
adaptations of Schiller Street and Dreams
Do Come True. Further formats were
commissioned by Lithuanian and Ukrainian broadcasters.
