ITV Studios New York Taps Joseph Livecchi

LOS ANGELES: ITV Studios New York has signed a multi-year production and development deal with former NBC, BBC and Endemol executive Joseph Livecchi.

Livecchi will assist in the development and production of non-fiction series and formats. In January 2009, Livecchi joined BBC Worldwide as executive producer of TLC’s What Not To Wear and Moving Up. He previously spent five years as an executive producer on an overall deal at Endemol USA. From 1999 to 2004, he served as VP and ran NBC 2000, a creative think tan within The NBC Agency.

"Joe Livecchi is a highly-respected and accomplished producer with a breadth of experience in development and production," said Patrice Andrews, the executive VP in New York for development, production and operations at ITV Studios. “In addition, his role as an award-winning creative executive at The NBC Agency, one of the most respected creative units in our business, brings a significant dimension to Joe’s talent for visual storytelling.”

Livecchi commented, “I’m delighted to be a part of ITV Studios’ expanding development arm. I share Paul and Patrice’s vision for us to be innovators, not imitators. Our upcoming slate is bold and provocative. It’s an exciting time.”
