ITV Global Names Execs for Commercial Brand Division

LONDON, September 25: ITV
Global Entertainment has hired four senior executives to lead the company’s
commercial brand division while also promoting a digital-media manager.

Corine Pouvreau-Miles has
been appointed the director of promotions and new business. Mara Gardner has
been named the director of product and brand development while Aysha Kidwai
will be director for merchandising and licensing. Marina Lum-Kang, who will be
based in the Los Angeles office, will serve as senior VP of brand extensions
and integrated marketing. They will all report to Gustavo Antonioni, commercial
brand director.

Additionally, Monica
Austin, currently manager of digital media at ITV Global in Los Angeles, has
been promoted to director of brand extensions and integrated marketing and will
report to Lum-Kang.

Pouvreau-Miles will be
responsible for creating strategic promotional opportunities across ITV
Global’s key brands. She previously served as merchandising and promotion
manager at Source U.K. and European development director at PPI, part of the
Omnicom Group.

Gardner joins ITV Global
from Resonate Media & Entertainment in New York where she worked with
clients such as CBS Television Digital, Warner Bros. AMC/Rainbow and NBC
Universal, among others. She previously headed European marketing for Warner Bros.
Consumer Products where she increased consumer sales from $55 million to $325
million.

Kidwai has spent more than
13 years working in brand management, marketing, licensing, TV sales and
retail. Most recently she was commercial director at retail and design
consultant Watermelon where she helped establish direct-to-retail license
portfolios for partners such as Marks and Spencer and C&A Europe.

Lum-Kang will oversee new
business development, merchandise and licensing, related digital content,
promotional activity and product integration for ITV Global brands in the U.S.,
Canada and Latin America. Prior to joining ITV Global, Lum-Kang worked in
entertainment merchandising and marketing with Marvel Entertainment Group,
Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Warner Bros. Theatrical Marketing and Sony
Pictures Entertainment Consumer Marketing.
