Israeli Outfit Inks New Format Deals

TEL AVIV, August 28:
Israeli production company Gil Productions has received two entertainment
format commissions from Keshet, including a local adaptation of Endemol’s Take
It or Leave It.

In addition to the Endemol
game show, Gil will adapt September Films' It's Now Or Never. Gil Productions, which is led by Assaf Gil,
previously produced for Keshet the Israeli adaptation of Avalon TV's The
Sketch Show and FremantleMedia's Smack
The Pony, which launches this fall.
It also worked on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, which is currently in its second season on
Keshet. Further, Gil recently completed the production on local versions of
SPTI’s Dragons' Den and a Hat
Trick's Whose Line Is It Anyway
for Channel Ten.
