India: A Love Story Gets Pickup in Singapore

SÃO PAULO: India: A Love Story, a telenovela from Globo TV International, has launched on Singapore’s Channel 5, which is owned by MediaCorp, during prime time.

The drama centers on the differences between Brazilian and Indian cultures, and how love can overcome any obstacle. The series is written by Glória Perez of The Clone and stars Juliana Paes of The Favorite, Rodrigo Lombardi of Forbidden Desire, Tony Ramos of Family Ties, Lima Duarte of Shades of Sin, Cléo Pires of America and Vera Fischer of Two Faces.
