Incendo Media, GRB Entertainment in Canadian Renewal

TORONTO, May 13: Incendo Media
has renewed its long-term Canadian distribution deal with GRB Entertainment,
which includes the rights to programs like VH1’s The Agency.

The rights to GRB
programming are exploited in Canada through Fox/ Incendo Television, Incendo’s
television distribution co-venture with Twentieth Century Fox. This renewal
marks the ten-year anniversary of Fox/Incendo’s representation of GRB in
Canada. Programs that have been produced by GRB and brought to the Canadian
broadcast marketplace by Fox/Incendo are The WE’s Designer to the Stars, VH1’s The Agency, NBC’s
Next Action Hero
and the
documentary Flesh and Blood,
which airs on Super Channel in Canada.

Michael Murphy, the senior
VP and managing director for Fox/Incendo, said: “We have enjoyed a terrific and
enjoyable business relationship with GRB for a decade. They have provided us
with many exciting programs for the Canadian market—both English and
French. It has been a pleasure to work with Gary Benz and Marielle Zuccarelli
and we look forward to many more years of fruitful collaboration with GRB.”

Gary Benz, the president
and CEO of GRB Entertainment, added, “We take joy in celebrating this major
milestone with our invaluable friends at Fox/Incendo who have consistently
proven themselves to be an important partner for GRB Entertainment. Michael
Murphy and his enormously talented team have continuously done an outstanding
job with GRB’s original programming, including selling the major Canadian
networks our NBC series Next Action Star, our VH1 series The Agency
and our FOX series Princes of Malibu to name but a few. Aside from being completely knowledgeable in the
marketplace (and a lot of fun to toss a few back with!) they have given a vast
Canadian audience the opportunity to tune in to, and become fans of, our
premium reality TV programming. For all of that and more, we will always remain
grateful.”
