NEW YORK: The U.S. TV rights to the doc Teenage Paparazzo, directed by Entourage star Adrian Grenier, have been acquired by HBO Documentary Films.

The film follows the real-life story of the relationship between a 14-year-old member of the paparazzi, Austin Visschedyk, and Grenier. Teenage Paparazzo was an official selection at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. HBO will debut the title this fall.
