Golden Globes to Air in More Than 160 Countries Worldwide

PALISADES PARK: Broadcasters in 160-plus territories around the world have signed up to air the 2014 Golden Globe Awards, which will be shown live on NBC in the U.S. on January 12.

The three-hour broadcast, produced by dick clark productions in conjunction with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, marks the 71st annual event. Among those on board to broadcast the Globes are Canal+ (France), Foxtel (Australia), Bangkok Broadcasting (Thailand), CCTV Movie Channel (China), AXN (Japan), E! Entertainment (U.K.), Turner (Latin America), Cignal TV (Philippines) and FOX International Channels Asia. Also set for the broadcast are M-Net (Africa), Viacom 18 Media (India), TV2 (Denmark), Doğuş (Turkey), Intervision (Greece) and TV2 (Norway).

Alfred Haber Distribution, Inc. (AHDI) closed the international broadcast sales on the awards event.
