Global Television Makes Survivor Available Online

TORONTO, October 13:
Global Television has announced that it is adding Survivor: Cook Islands, currently Canada’s top-rated reality show, to the
content available online through its website.

The program joins Deal
or No Deal as the latest U.S.
primetime series to be added to the network's online programming library. Canadian
original offerings include: Global National with Kevin Newman, Global Currents, Falcon Beach and The Jane Show.

The addition of Survivor:
Cook Islands represents the latest
step in the network's broadband video rollout of free, advertiser-supported
programming available on demand. The show will be streamed online by noon the
day following its television broadcast premiere, with the four most current
episodes archived and available on a customized menu.

Global Television is owned
by CanWest MediaWorks, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CanWest Global
Communications Corp., Canada’s largest media company.
