GD Multimedia Makes NATPE Debut

WOODLAND HILLS, January 9: GD Multimedia, a recently
launched U.S.-based distribution company, will participate at NATPE for the
first time with Going Wild, a brand new
animated children’s series produced by the Japanese animation studio Tokyo Kids.

Going Wild is
the first of three animated television
series produced by Tokyo Kids for distribution in the U.S. and Europe by GD
Multimedia. GD Multimedia also has first look rights for future productions by
Tokyo Kids. The environmentally conscious adventure series targets children
from ages 6 to 11 and is currently doing well on the Japanese cable and
satellite channel Kids Station. Going Wild details the adventures of a group of city kids who
are suddenly transported to the country and are befriended by an eclectic group
of country kids who teach them about nature.

“We are thrilled to attend NATPE for the first time with a
hit property from one of the hottest new animation houses,” said Dong Chung,
the COO of GD Multimedia. “Going Wild is
both entertaining and informative, and we have no doubt the series will be an
equal hit in the U.S. and European markets.”

GD Multimedia is the exclusive U.S. and European distributor
for Tokyo Kids and represents leading animation studios in Korea, China and Singapore.
