Fox Bolsters European-Based Team

LOS ANGELES, November 3:
Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution has promoted two European-based
executives, Yoni Cohen and Denis Cantin, to take on expanded roles.

Cohen, currently the VP of
sales for Europe, has been appointed senior VP of international development and
sales. He will maintain his existing responsibilities, which includes sales of
Fox's features and series, while also spearheading the strategic use of Fox TV
rights for the company's formats and co-production business. Cohen, based in
Fox's London office, will report to both Steve Cornish, the senior VP and
general manager for Europe, and Marion Edwards, the president of international
TV.

Cantin, the director of
sales, has been upped to VP of Europe. In addition to his responsibilities for
free, basic TV and FOX on Demand (FOD) sales for select European territories,
Cantin will now work within Fox's scripted and unscripted formats and
co-productions businesses. Based in Paris, he will continue to report to Gerard
Grant, the senior VP and general manager for Europe on licensing activities,
and to Cohen for format and co-production business.

"We are delighted to
be able to acknowledge the accomplishments and use the skills of both Yoni and
Denis to build an important business for this division and for Fox,"
commented Edwards. "Both have proven to be skilled professionals and
communicators, and we have the utmost confidence they will play a vital role in
our strategic development of powerful Fox entertainment assets."

Cohen joined the company
in 2003, having previously served as an independent consultant for companies
such as BBC Worldwide and Sundance Group. Cantin has been with Fox since 2001,
starting as the sales manager of formats and factual programming for the Paris
office territories in Western and Southern Europe.
