FME Announces NATPE Lineup

LONDON, January 22: FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) will be bringing a diverse slate of
dramas, food and music programming to this year’s NATPE, headlined by the
Australian series Satisfaction.

The distributor is debuting the first season of the
10×1-hour series, set in an up-market city brothel, which follows five high-class
escorts and their manager as they juggle the pressures of their private lives
alongside their hidden profession. Satisfaction adds to the distributor’s drama offerings at NATPE such as The Best Years (23×1-hour) and Love You To Death (13×30-minutes), starring John
Waters.

FME will
also be serving up Essence
of Emeril
,
featuring restaurateur and chef Emeril Lagasse preparing food with his
no-nonsense approach.

On the
music front, FME is selling the international broadcast rights for the 2008
editions of The BRIT Awards and
The Classical BRIT Awards
, as well as the
second season of Live From Abbey Road. Hosted by rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon, this year’s The
BRIT Awards
will feature performances by the
Red Hot Chili Peppers and Amy Winehouse.
