E!’s Relatively Nat & Liv Tops Social Wit List for June

The E! reality series Relatively Nat & Liv tops the June edition of the Social Wit List, which features data and analysis from The WIT about the new shows generating buzz on Instagram.

In the ranking of the top ten most-followed new shows on Instagram last month, Relatively Nat & Liv attracted some 300,000 IG followers as of July 5. The reality series follows Natalie Halcro and Olivia Pierson, who are influencers, designers, and fashion and beauty bloggers (and friends with the Kardashians). Halcro herself has 3.8 million followers, while Pierson counts 2.8 million.

MTV’s The Hills: New Beginnings, a revival of the reality series The Hills, notched up around 208,000 followers. The Hills’ most infamous couple, Spencer Pratt (420,000 followers) and Heidi Montag (897,000 followers), are very active on Instagram.

Euphoria on HBO, about a teen drug addict fresh from rehab struggling to make sense of her future, garnered around 193,000 IG followers. Star Zendaya has 57.5 million Instagram followers of her own.

The romantic drama Afili Aşk (Love Trap), which premiered on Turkey’s Kanal D, counted some 157,000 followers on Instagram. The series stars beloved actors Burcu Özberk (3.2 million followers) and Çağlar Ertuğrul (1.4 million followers).

The teen series Bia on Disney Channel in Latin America netted around 144,000 followers. The show’s characters and locations have their own Instagram accounts: Bia counts 86,300 followers, Manuel has 78,400 followers, Pietro 22,700 followers and Mara 18,600 followers.

The romantic comedy series Her Yerde Sen (You Are Everywhere), which debuted on Fox in Turkey, had some 118,000 IG followers. Both of the series’ stars have active IG followings: Furkan Andıç has 1.5 million followers and Aybüke Pusat has 1.4 million.

The Netflix dramedy Trinkets, based on the young adult novel of the same name, attracted approximately 94,000 followers on Instagram. The series is produced by AwesomenessTV (751,000 followers) and stars Brianna Hildebrand (614,000 followers), Kiana Madeira (177,000 followers) and Quintessa Swindell (151,000 followers).

Also on Netflix, the revived Designated Survivor saw some 94,000 followers. Star Kiefer Sutherland has around 155,000 followers.

There were around 90,000 IG followers for Nickelodeon’s new version of the sketch comedy series All That. The revival is exec produced by former cast member Kenan Thompson, who has 354,000 followers.

The syndicated talk show RuPaul notched up some 55,000 followers, as host RuPaul alone has 3.3 million followers.
