Entertainment Rights Appoints New U.K. Licensing Chief

LONDON, February 2: Jackie Ferguson has been tapped as the
head of U.K. licensing for Entertainment Rights.

Ferguson joins ER with more than 20 years in the global
media industry working across various platforms including publishing, games,
toys and food. Most recently, she was at Pepper’s Ghost Productions as the head
of licensing for Tiny Planets, a series
targeting preschoolers.

Ferguson, who will report to Claire Shaw, the director of
consumer products, will manage ER’s existing U.K. licensing team, along with
the toy category across the ER brand portfolio. Additionally, she will oversee
the U.K. consumer products launch of Rupert Bear—Follow the Magic and Jim Jam & Sunny and will also be responsible for the continued U.K.
brand roll out of Postman Pat.
