Executives Promoted at NBC Universal Digital Distribution

NEW YORK, February 2: NBC Universal Digital Distribution has
promoted executives Michael Bonner, Salil Dalvi, and Ron Lamprecht to spearhead
three newly created groups within the division: digital platforms, wireless
platforms and digital sales, effective immediately.

Michael Bonner, former VP of new media for NBCU Cable, has
been promoted to SVP at NBCU Digital Distribution and will be in charge of
digital platforms. In his new position, Bonner will lead NBCU's television
content strategy and development across on demand, electronic sell-through,
interactive television and IPTV.

Salil Dalvi has been promoted from VP of digital media to GM
of wireless platforms at NBCU Digital Distribution. In his new role, Dalvi will
lead the launch of two new NBCU linear mobile channels and oversee these
services, as well as continue to manage the growth strategy, product
development and operations for NBCU's mobile content efforts. In his previous
role as VP of digital media, he led the launch of NBC Mobile, the industry’s
first made-for-mobile network news offering.

Ron Lamprecht has also been promoted to senior VP of NBCU
Digital Distribution, in charge of digital sales. In his new role, Lamprecht
will oversee digital sales and distribution of NBCU's television content to
Internet portals, wireless carriers, emerging digital companies and
nontraditional customers. He previously held the title of VP of new media for
NBCU Cable. Most recently, Lamprecht executed a number of distribution deals on
emerging platforms including the distribution of two new mobile channels on
MediaFLO and Verizon Wireless.

All three executives will report to Jean-Briac Perrette,
the president of NBC Universal Digital Distribution.
