Entara Limited Strikes TV Distribution Deal with Taffy Entertainment

LONDON, April 4: Entara Limited has reached an agreement
with Taffy Entertainment to take over the television distribution
responsibilities for its multi-Emmy Award-winning 3-D animated series Jakers!
The Adventures of Piggley Winks, effective
immediately.

The announcement follows the creation of Entara’s dedicated
in-house distribution division in August 2006, which was designed to expand the
company’s reach in the global media market and is led by Regis Brown, formerly
of Taffy Entertainment. Entara’s newly launched division will oversee the
ongoing distribution activities of Jakers!,
now with 52 completed episodes and seen in more than 100 countries.

Produced by Mike Young Productions (MYP) for Entara, Jakers! has already been sold to broadcasters across the
globe by Taffy Entertainment, the worldwide distribution and consumer products
brand management company for MYP, MoonScoop,
and select third-party producers. Taffy Entertainment and Entara will continue
to work together on the development and production of new episodes of the
series as well as a Jakers!
feature film.

Jakers! The Adventures of Piggley Winks has garnered six Emmys and a BAFTA award for Best
International Children’s Program, among other awards and nominations. The
series follows the adventures of Piggley Winks, a spunky eight-year-old pig,
and his friends Dannan the Duck and Ferny the Bull, on Raloo Farm in Ireland.
Series regular Mel Brooks voices the American transplant character Wiley the Sheep.
Joan Rivers and Pulitzer Prize-winning Irish author and storyteller Frank McCourt
have lent their famous voices to the program as well.
