Elmendorff Exits EM.Entertainment

UNTERFOEHRING, September 1: Patrick Elmendorff is stepping
down as managing director of EM.Entertainment and Junior.TV at the end of this
year, with his responsibilities to be assumed by fellow MD Susanne Schosser.

Elmendorff exits on December 31 after seven years with the
company. Werner E. Klatten, the CEO of EM.TV, noted, “Over the last seven
years, Patrick Elmendorff has made a significant contribution to the
reorientation of the entertainment segment of our company and has helped to
bring it back on course for success. The expansion of our value chain to
include new sectors such as home entertainment, as well as the ongoing
internationalization of the business, both bear the hallmarks of his
significant involvement. We would like to thank Patrick Elmendorff for his
outstanding commitment, even during difficult times for our company, and wish
him every success in his new endeavors.”

Schosser will assume responsibility for global TV
distribution, as well as all aspects of the merchandising and home
entertainment business, in addition to her existing management role within
production, program purchasing and national distribution.
