DRG Wraps Sales to MTV Russia

BUDAPEST: DRG has signed two deals with MTV Russia, which picked up Oxygen’s The Bad Girls Club and Channel 4’s The Inbetweeners

MTV Russia took on all 82 episodes of The Bad Girls Club, in which seven self-proclaimed "bad girls" live together. The show, produced by Bunim-Murray, is one of Oxygen’s top-rated reality series.The channel also went for both seasons one and two of the comedy series The Inbetweeners, produced by Bwark Productions. The prime-time comedy follows the misadventures of four suburban teens.

Ekaterina Dunaeva, the head of acquisitions at MTV Russia, said, “We’re all incredibly excited to be partnering with DRG to premiere these two totally unique and hilarious shows on MTV Russia. The Inbetweeners is one of the funniest and sharpest comedy series around, whilst America’s The Bad Girls Club is outrageous, hip and full of surprises—the perfect ingredients for an MTV show.”
