Dori Extends Carriage Agreements

TEL AVIV, November 15:
Dori Media Group (DMG) has extended its long-term agreement with YES, the
leading DBS television provider in Israel, for extended carriage of its two
dedicated Telenovela TV channels, VIVA and VIVA Platina.

The agreement for VIVA, which is DMG’s main
channel and is carried as part of YES’s basic package, has been extended for
two additional years, from 2008 to the end of 2010. The agreement for VIVA
Platina, DMG’s premium pay channel and weekend broadcast service, has been
extended for four years until the end of 2010. The terms of both agreements
remain unchanged.

“We are delighted to
announce the extension of our TV channel Carriage agreement with YES, which
provides TV access to more than half a million customers in Israel and has been
our partner since the launch of our TV channels,” says Nadav Palti, the
president and CEO of Dori Media Group. “Our VIVA brand is very strong and
successful in Israel thanks to its unique high-quality telenovela content and
the loyal audience it has been able to capture and maintain.”

Palti added that “We have
already replicated this dedicated business model in Indonesia with our Televiva
Vision 2 channel and look forward to extending our TV network in other suitable
markets around the world.”

In Israel, Dori Media
Group owns and operates the VIVA TV channels and the Darset Productions
production company. In 2005, VIVA was measured as the fourth most popular
television channel in Israel. Dori Media Group is controlled by Mapal
Communications.
