LONDON/HILVERSUM, August
27: Tom Toumazis is leaving his post as the managing director of Disney-ABC-ESPN
Television for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Canada to join Endemol,
where he is tasked with further expanding the company’s distribution business.

Joining Endemol as chief
commercial officer, Toumazis will oversee the worldwide commercial activities
for the group. His mandate includes further building Endemol's distribution
business and managing the worldwide sales of all non-scripted formats, scripted
programming and library fare. He will also build and manage Endemol's
third-party distribution business, as well as co-productions and pre-sales of
scripted programming. He will report to Ynon Kreiz, the CEO of Endemol.

Toumazis has held several
top-level positions at Disney since 2001, overseeing TV licensing and
distribution of ABC Studios worldwide hits such as Desperate Housewives, feature films from Walt Disney Studios and
Miramax and Disney Channel franchises such as High School Musical.

Kreiz said: "Tom is a
world-class executive of the highest caliber. He is an exceptionally skilled
operator and couldn't be more qualified to lead the expansion of our commercial
activities and growth of our distribution business, an area where we see
significant opportunities. We are
very excited to have him on board and look forward to welcoming him to our
global team."

Toumazis added:
"Endemol has a uniquely powerful network that combines a long established
presence in the world's biggest markets with a vast and growing library of
multiplatform content. This is an exceptionally strong starting point from
which to build further growth and I'm very much looking forward to working in
partnership with the group's management and creative teams around the
world."
