Diego Londono Appointed Head of FOX Channels Italy

LOS ANGELES, May 3: Diego Londono has been named the
managing director of FOX Channels Italy, effective immediately, following
current chief Emiliano Calemzuk’s appointment as the president of Fox
Television Studios (FTVS) in the U.S.

In addition to his new responsibilities as managing
director, Londono will also retain his current post as the VP of marketing,
sales and research for the FOX Channels in Italy, where he was responsible for leading
all marketing and promotional campaigns, business development, client brand
integration initiatives and the mobile TV and web strategy. Before joining FOX
Channels Italy, Londono was the director of marketing for FOX Latin America
Channels, where he oversaw the marketing and communications for FOX in Latin
America, and National Geographic Channel.

As president of FTVS, Calemzuk will report to Peter Chernin,
the president and COO of News Corporation. He took over the management of FOX
Channels Italy in 2002, where he led the creation and development of the
ten-channel group currently broadcasting on SKY Italia. Prior to joining FOX
International Channels Italy, Calemzuk was the VP and deputy managing director
of FOX Latin American Channels and before that, the general manager of FOX Kids
Latin America. He joined News Corp. in 1998 as the associate director of
marketing and promotions for FOX Latin America.

Of Calemzuk’s appointment, Chernin noted: “Emiliano is a
talented executive who has helped build a very strong profile for FOX channels
throughout Europe and Latin America. He’s accomplished this in large part due
to his keen eye for programming and alternative genres. We’re confident he’ll bring a unique
perspective to FTVS and we’re excited for him get started.”
