Date Set for FOX Business Network Launch

NEW YORK, July 12: News
Corporation’s new FOX Business Network (FBN) is slated to launch in the U.S. on
October 15, reaching 30 million subscribers.

The new channel is
headquartered in News Corporation's street level studios in midtown Manhattan.
FBN has also established bureaus in such key markets as Chicago, Los Angeles,
San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and London.

FOX News’s executive VP,
Kevin Magee, will be responsible for the channel's day-to-day operations. Neil
Cavuto, FOX News’s senior VP and managing editor of business news, will direct
content and business news coverage and serve in an on-air capacity. Cavuto will
report to Magee and Roger
Ailes, the chairman and CEO of FOX News and chairman of FOX Television
Stations.
