MAIN BROADCASTER: Public television in the U.S. was targeted as the primary

American Forces Network. Educational Adventures (EA), which holds the
distribution rights to the series, is finalizing agreements for satellite video
on demand.

pan-regional cable channels in Latin America. The company is also considering a
distribution deal for the Middle East and Africa, and at MIPTV will be
targeting European and Asian broadcasters.

and distribute four Danger Rangers DVD
titles, Fun World (a division of Easter Unlimited) will handle Halloween
costumes, Easter egg decorations and gift wrapping. Renaissance Imports will
manufacture footwear for mass market, drug and grocery chains. Medibadge will
provide stickers and temporary tattoos and Bean Bag Boys will provide beanbag
chairs.

STRATEGY FOR ROLLOUT: Educational Adventures (EA) originated in the fall of 1996
when co-founders Michael D. Moore and W. Douglas Smith combined their expertise
in self-defense and created a curriculum centered on personal safety. This
curriculum was taught to a variety of entities, most notably law enforcement
agencies. Services were also provided for organizations, such as rape crisis
centers. During these seminar-structured events, the mothers in attendance
frequently asked questions related to their children's safety. Intrigued, the
co-founders began to examine the topic of children’s safety and noticed two
primary weaknesses. First, unintentional injury was the largest threat to the
safety of children and lacked substantial public and media attention. Second,
of the few organizations addressing this topic, all lacked an effective means
of engaging children and empowering them to make better safety related
decisions that would prevent injuries. The mission then became to create an
absolutely captivating product with the highest entertainment value since a
disinterested child would remain an unsafe child.

The co-founders created an
animated show and the Danger Rangers
were born. EA has been fortunate to gather a dedicated group of entertainment,
business, and medical industry leaders who have all contributed to create a
highly entertaining and educational production. From humble beginnings and
inspired by the cause of child safety, the Danger Rangers are now enjoyed by millions of children and families both
in America and abroad.

EA is a multimedia edutainment
company committed to the production of premium content that entertains,
educates, and empowers children in all areas of safety and wellbeing.

“We want all of our multimedia
content to be on all platforms that appeal to our targeted age group,” explains
Luca Bentivoglio, the president of Educational Adventures International. “Concurrent
with the television launch are outreach activities, sponsorship agreements,
licensing agreements and retail sales around the cause of child safety. The
brand will also be launching content-focused product assortments to include
DVDs, storybooks, coloring/activity books and music CDs nationally in the fall
of 2007, with a focus on the grocery and drugstore channel and expanding to
specialty and big box retailers in 2008.”
