Damian Chapa, Laguna Announce New Productions

LOS ANGELES, January 26: Director, writer and actor Damian
Chapa and Laguna Productions have announced two new feature film titles: Mexican
American and El Chicano.

Mexican American,
with Chapa, Joe Estevez and Rachel Hunter, is slated for a DVD release on May
5. It follows a once famous boxer whose daughter is kidnapped. No release date
has been given for El Chicano,
starring Jack Scalia, Joanna Pacula and Chapa. Both productions were introduced
to international buyers at NATPE.

working together again with Elart Coello and Laguna on these new
projects," said Chapa.
