Da Vinci Learning Picks Up ORF Programming

VIENNA, April 15: Da Vinci Learning, an Eastern European
knowledge-focused pay-TV channel, has acquired a package of programs and clips
from the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF).

The package
includes the children’s science series Explorer Train, along with clips from ORF’s science magazine Newton. Da Vinci also bagged several
documentaries, including the Nature Tech—How Engineers are Inspired by
Nature’s Designs

Amore Pomodori
, Top
Secret Water
and Brain
Drain
.

Ferdinand
Habsburg, the managing director of Da Vinci Learning, commented: “We are
delighted to have yet another high-quality educational program from our partner
ORF. We believe that Explorer Train is an ideal program for our family audiences,
as one can learn about the world of natural sciences by watching and enjoying
fascinating experiments.”
