Cuppa Coffee to Launch Multiplatform Teen Property

TORONTO, October 4: Cuppa Coffee Studios will roll out its
new stop-motion animated comedy series Life’s a Zoo.tv at MIPCOM, with thirteen half-hour episodes slated
for delivery in spring 2008.

Aimed at teens and up, the series puts a new spin on reality
television and features its own website, www.lifesazoo.tv. At MIPCOM, Cuppa
Coffee is hosting an exclusive invite-only screening and breakfast to reveal
production details, introduce the online strategy and strike international
broadcast partnerships.

"The multiplatform property garnered so much interest
on its first outing in April that TELETOON Canada was quick to snap it up for
their popular Detour time slot," said Cuppa Coffee’s president, Adam
Shaheen. “Having them on board has encouraged other broadcasters and now that
the show has gone into production, it’s clear international interest has
peaked."

"Networks need shows like Life's a Zoo that push the envelope in terms of what we can do
with the interactive online brand,” he added. “It keeps them in touch with a
younger audience that is increasingly demanding something more from their
programming."
