CME Announces Revenue Gains

HAMILTON, March 1: Central European Media Enterprises has
announced fourth quarter revenues of $214.3 million, a 41 percent gain, while
full-year revenues grew 50 percent to $603.1 million.

Net income for the quarter, however, fell 24 percent to
$26.2 million from $34.6 million for the three months ended December 31, 2005.
And for the full year, profit halved to $20.4 million.

In Croatia, where CME operates Nova TV, full-year revenues
remained flat at $22.3 million. TV Nova in the Czech Republic saw its revenues
increase from $154 million to $208.4 million. The Romanian operations also saw
a revenue boost, to $148.6 million, and Markiza TV in the Slovak Republic
delivered improved revenues of $73.4 million. In Slovenia, Pop TV and Kanal A
contributed $54.5 million in revenues, while Studio 1+1 in the Ukraine posted
revenues of $96.4 million.
