Cisneros Group Hires Chief HR Officer

MIAMI: Yolanda Talamo has been named chief human resources officer of the Cisneros Group.

Talamo will be based at the Miami headquarters and is tasked with developing human resources strategies and corporate policies for all Cisneros Group companies.

Talamo had previously served at Procter & Gamble for 18 years and was initially based in Caracas, Venezuela before joining their global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2004. Since 2007 she held the position of North America U.S. operations and marketing functional human resources leader.

“This appointment is part of a transformation process to strengthen our position at the forefront of the industry,” said Miguel Dvorak, the president and COO of the Cisneros Group of Companies. “Recruiting and developing the talented personnel and implementing innovative strategies consistent with the market’s ever-changing dynamics are fundamental aspects of this objective.”
