CIMG Clinches European Mobile Deal

PARIS: Comcast International Media Group (CIMG) has signed a deal with Ace Entertainment to make E! Entertainment content available on Mosaic Mobile, a bouquet of mobile TV channels in France, Switzerland and Belgium.

The free, ad-based streaming video service available on Bouygues Telecom, Virgin Mobile and NRJ Mobile, as well as on the iPhone and iPod Touch, will deliver E! Mobile in French, featuring Hollywood news, celebrity gossip and fashion trends, as well as television, music and movie reviews.

"Comcast International is delighted to partner with Ace Entertainment to deliver our short-form celebrity- focused E! content to Ace Entertainment subscribers," said Duccio Donati, the senior VP of CIMG. "By offering our programming on Ace’s mobile network, we are empowered to further expand the E! brand in key French-speaking territories."
