Chorion's Olivia Launching on Nickelodeon

NEW YORK, January 7: Olivia, based on Ian Falconer's best-selling book series,
joins Nickelodeon's preschool lineup on January 26, airing regularly weekdays
at 11:30 a.m.

Presented in conjunction
with Chorion and animated by Brown Bag Films, the new half-hour series follows
Olivia, a 6 ¾-year-old dynamo who believes she can do anything. Olivia has a
unique way of dealing with challenges, using confidence and a positive
attitude, along with her vivid imagination.

Starting January 16, Nick
Jr. Video will be streaming a two-minute sneak peek of the premiere episode,
plus instant replays of all Olivia episodes
after their on-air debuts. A two-minute preview will also be available on
various wireless carriers, and additional premiere episodes will be simulcast
on Nickelodeon Mobile. Beginning January 27, Olivia episodes will be available through Nickelodeon on
Demand.

"Children already
know and love Olivia from Ian Falconer's beautifully illustrated books, and we're
honored to have her join the Nickelodeon family," said Brown Johnson, the
president of animation for Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group. "Olivia
is a role model for all preschoolers who will be inspired by her imagination
and keen sense of humor."

"Olivia is a show where the ordinary meets the
extraordinary, and we've worked closely with the team at Nickelodeon to bring
Olivia's world to life," added Megan Laughton, the supervising producer
for the Olivia series at
Chorion. "Olivia's imagination takes her all over the world, but her daily
interactions with family and friends will resonate with children
everywhere."
