Celador International Chief Exits, Files Suit

LONDON, August 11: Adrian Woolfe has quit as the managing
director of Celador International and has filed suit against his former
employer.

According to a spokesperson at Celador’s parent company,
Complete Communications Corporation Ltd (CCCL), Woolfe’s suit names Celador
International, CCCL and company founder Paul Smith. Celador is currently in
exclusive negotiations with 2waytraffic to sell off its assets, including the
Who Wants to be a Millionaire? brand.

In a statement, CCCL said, "We are extremely saddened
that this situation has occurred and that Adrian has decided on this course of
action. We refute his claims and will make our response through the appropriate
channels in due course."
