CCI Sells Tween Comedy to Momentum Pictures

TORONTO, January 14: Through a deal with CCI Releasing, Momentum Pictures will launch the tween movie Alice Upside Down as a DVD in the U.K.

The film stars Alyson Stoner (Camp Rock, Cheaper by the Dozen) as Alice McKinley, Lucas Grabeel (High School Musical, Milk) as Alice’s older brother and Luke Perry (Beverly Hills, 90210) as their single dad. Penny Marshall (Laverne and Shirley) rounds out the cast.

Alice Upside Down was produced by the Alice Partnership organized by Open Pictures and Avondale Productions. It was produced by James Gould, Dale Rosenbloom and Carl Borack. CCI is handling its distribution worldwide.
